We’ll send you a Bridal Prep Guide leading up to your Big Day, but a few quick tips to help you feel prepped and radiant:

• Arrive with fresh clean skin and neck area

• Avoid tight clothing, bra straps, or hair ties that leave marks

• Wear a robe, button-up or loose neckline

• Hydrate the night before (Inside & Out) and make sure you get enough beauty sleep!

• Leave the products at home unless you’ve got something specific, we’ve got everything we need!

Once you’ve picked your Bridal Beauty Bundle, we will send over your New Client Agreement, Invoice and Payment Schedule.

Once your 50% non-refundable retainer fee is recieved, you will have officially secured your date. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of services- though most clients prefer to pay in advance to save time on the day.

No ‘Wedding Tax’ or hidden fees here! I know it’s industry standard to charge extra as soon as someone says Bridal but as a bride myself, I don’t think thats right! Our packages are priced according to which services you’re recieving - more of an a la carte vibe!

• Additional Consultation - need more support or want to change something about your booking? No worries! Let’s hop on another call ($25 per half hour time slot, remember- first one’s free!)

• Travel for the Wedding Day is always talked about ahead of time- a flat rate of $50 within the Greater Vancouver Area, customized for those beyond - Any Parking Fees/Water Taxis/etc will be added to your invoice.

• Additional Trial/Dates - If you’ve got multiple events, shoots, or celebrations in a season, I’d love to glam you up again & again! Just let me know and I can create a personalized package that fits your plans (including friends, family, or group pamper days) so you can look and feel amazing every time!

• Early Morning Fees ($50 per hour before 8am)

• Additional Artist Fees ($100 per artist) If more than 7 sevices are requires or the timeline is crunched, my personally trained team will join to ensure everyone is ready on time. This fee covers their time, set up and coordination.

• Long Distance Travel/Overnight Fees: We absolutely offer long distance travel, though it may also be subject to accomodation/meals/additional transportation such as ferries/flights/etc

Of course all of this will be discussed during our consultation and nothing will be added to your invoice without prior notice!

After your session, treat your skin gently! I always recommend removing your makeup with a makeup esaser cloth followed by a routine combination of proper cleansers, face masks, spot treatments, serums, moisturizers and facial oils at the end of the night to keep your skin happy and glowing.
