The Artist Behind The Brush

I’ve been a professional makeup artist for 10 years and an energy healer for 5 years.

Actively on a mission to help women look and feel their best from the inside out through my range of inner and outer beauty services and lessons.

I work out of my cozy home salon in Surrey, and I’m also mobile throughout the Greater Vancouver area and beyond!

Growing up, I always dreamed of being an artist or a teacher.

When I discovered makeup in my early teens, I knew I’d found my calling. Fresh out of high school (after my AP art teacher told me I’d never make it)

I jumped straight into beauty school at the John Casablanca Institute, where I earned my Makeup Artistry Diploma with Distinction.

The very next day, I was working on set!

My instructor hand-picked the top students to join her on Untold Stories of the ER, and from there I spent the next few years working my way up in the film industry, putting in 15+ hour days on sets for Hallmark, Disney, Netflix, Marvel, and more.

All the while, I also built up a loyal base of clients for special events, lashes, brows, and nails.

After going through a personal journey of self-development, I fell in love with teaching again - of course this time, through makeup.

I now offer private beauty lessons, group workshops, and webinars to help women everywhere rediscover their confidence and feel radiant in their own skin.

To reach even more people, I’ve also started creating a collection of personalized virtual lessons designed to help the everyday woman master her makeup based on her skin type, tone, texture, and unique facial features.

Above all, my goal is to provide a calming, uplifting, and professional experience in every service I offer.

I’m endlessly grateful for each and every one of you who trust me to do what I love for a living.

    I’m engaged to the love of my life, Ryan (highschool sweethearts) and live with our furbabies Pumpkin the split face tabby cat and Ovi the giant black lab :)

    In my spare time I love to walk in nature, practice yoga and vacation at our cabin!

  • Ok honestly I’ve been all about skincare recently! Have you tried the Sweet LeiLani Cosmetics yet? I love their Plant-Based Beauty approach.

    My top 3 favourites for every skin type would be their:

    Hawaiian Cleanse - it’s a foaming makeup remover/ face wash/ shampoo which I thought was crazy at first but it actually works and smells amazing!

    Island Moisure Cream - overall great facial moisturizer/ body moisturizer/ conditioner. Again I thought it was crazy until I tried it!

    Purely Tinted Moisturizer - They’re working on getting some new shades available for these but if you’ve got a deeper skintone I would recommend their Prep, Prime and Powder Foundation. Both products are infused with skin healing ingredients and theyre super light weight and buildable!
