What is Chakra Yoga?
The body has seven major chakras — energy centers that influence everything from creativity to confidence, intuition to grounding. When one is blocked or out of balance, it can affect not only your mood but also your physical well-being.
Chakra Yoga combines gentle postures, guided breathwork, and intention-setting to restore flow to these centers. Each session is customized to your needs, whether that’s opening the heart, calming the mind, strengthening your root, or aligning all seven chakras together.

Personalized Chakra Focus
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Poses, stretches, and breathwork are adapted to your body, flexibility, and energy level, making it easy to move safely while opening and aligning your energy centers.
Gentle, Accessible Movement
Mini Reiki Meditation
Each session concludes with a short reiki-infused meditation to help integrate the energy shifts. This allows your mind and body to fully absorb the session’s benefits, leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.
Oracle Card Guidance
We end with a personalized oracle card pull, offering guidance and reflection that you can carry beyond the session. This intuitive insight helps you connect with your energy, intentions, and personal growth journey.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind. You may also bring a journal if you’d like to note any insights afterwards. Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

After your Chakra Yoga session, the benefits continue to unfold as your energy integrates. You may notice shifts in mood, clarity, or physical sensations in the hours and days that follow. Drink plenty of water to support your body’s natural flow, eat light nourishing meals, and take time for gentle rest or self-care like stretching, journaling, or mindful walking.
Pay attention to insights, emotions, or new clarity that arises — these are signs that your energy is balancing. Simple daily practices such as deep breathing, meditation, or a few yoga poses can help maintain alignment and carry the session’s benefits into your everyday life.

Yes! We offer a 7-session package where each session targets one of the seven major chakras. This is perfect for a deeper exploration and long-term energetic alignment.

Once we’ve had our complimentary consultation call, I will send over your New Client Agreement, Invoice and Payment Schedule.
Once your 50% non-refundable retainer fee is recieved, you will have officially secured your appointment. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of services- though most clients prefer to pay in advance to save time on the day.
